A platform for associations in the Valencian Community
Run your association simply and in line with the law
asoges handles your association’s members, fees, meetings, minutes and accounts, and brings every organisation in your town together in one portal with a map. Built for busy volunteers and for people who have never used a computer.
Who it is for
-
Boards
The chair, secretary and treasurer manage members, fees, meeting notices, minutes and accounts without spreadsheets, with the legal deadlines in plain sight.
-
Members
Each person sees their details and receipts, pays, signs the direct debit and votes from their phone. And if they cannot, the board records it on their behalf.
-
Town halls and territories
A portal for the town’s organisations with a map, events and news. The town hall approves registrations and sees aggregated figures, never members’ data.
What it does
Everything listed here works today.
-
Members and families
A members’ register with its history, and families with one payer. Fees are calculated to the cent, with family rules.
-
Fees and receipts
SEPA direct debit, card and Bizum through a secure link, or cash with cash-desk control. Each association is paid into its own account.
-
Meetings and minutes
Notices that respect the legal deadlines, live voting, and a minutes book with legal value that cannot be tampered with.
-
Simple treasury
Income and expenses, budget and annual accounts for the general meeting, and an export of the entries for your accountant.
-
Events and sign-ups
Events with online sign-up and payment, limited places, and routes with several stops on the map.
-
Communications
Notices by email and SMS, and PDF letters for people without email.
-
Assisted invoicing
Prepare your invoices to issue them with the free Spanish tax agency (AEAT) application, and keep the invoice register.
-
Public portal
A map of associations, an events calendar and local news, in Spanish, Valencian and English.
Compliant with the law
asoges is built for Law 14/2008 of 18 November on Associations of the Valencian Community, and for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It helps you comply without having to be a lawyer.
-
The mandatory books
Members’ register, minutes book and accounts with inventory, always up to date and ready to show to anyone entitled to see them.
-
Minutes that cannot be altered
Each set of minutes is linked to the previous one with a digital fingerprint. If anyone changes it, it shows. Mistakes are fixed with an addendum, never by deleting.
-
Your data is yours
Each association owns its members’ data. No other association, and not the town hall, can see it. Tax IDs and IBANs are encrypted.
-
Data processing agreement
The association is the data controller and asoges is the processor. You accept the processing agreement when you register.
How to get started
-
Find your association
Go to your town’s portal and look for it on the map or in the list.
-
Claim its page or request registration
If it already appears with no managers, claim its page. If it does not exist, request registration for your association.
-
The town hall approves it and you get your access
Once approved, you receive an email with your access so you can start working.
Towns
Each town has its own portal with the associations, events and news of its territory.
